About me
I am a multidisciplinary designer with more than 20 years of experience helping brands define who they are, tell their stories and connect with their audiences through impactful design. My career has taken me from creative agencies and publishing houses to some of the UK's most recognised brands, including John Lewis, Aviva, Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Wired, Sony, M&S, L'Oréal and Michael Kors.
What makes my experience unusual is the breadth of disciplines I have worked across. I began my career in graphic design and branding, creating identities, publications, advertising, marketing collateral and campaigns, before expanding into digital experiences, user experience and large-scale transformation projects. As a result, I am equally comfortable developing a brand identity, crafting a creative campaign, designing for print, building digital experiences or shaping a long-term design vision.
At my core, I am a creative thinker and visual storyteller. I enjoy uncovering the essence of a brand, transforming ideas into compelling narratives and creating work that is both beautiful and purposeful. My approach combines strong creative craft with a deep understanding of audience behaviour, accessibility and commercial objectives, allowing me to create work that not only captures attention but delivers meaningful results.
Having worked across agency, editorial, retail, e-commerce and technology environments, I bring a rare blend of brand, creative and digital expertise. I thrive in collaborative teams, enjoy building strong client relationships and am motivated by the opportunity to create thoughtful, engaging work that people remember.
A Suffolk resident, I am an artist and writer inspired by local landscapes and history, currently painting Dunwich's folklore and writing a novel set in 1980s London. On weekends, I love to explore East Anglia in our converted Defender with my three Spaniels.
